Meridian is a programmable, non-custodial settlement protocol for institutional treasuries operating across United States dollar (issued as Tether USD₮ on TON) and native TON. Treasury rules are expressed as code, executed by a non-custodial agent under multisig authorization, and verified continuously on-chain. Meridian holds no principal, takes no spread, and charges a published basis-point fee per executed instruction. The protocol is operated by Meridian Treasury Ltd. (Cayman) and Meridian Operations Inc. (Delaware), and is currently in private preview with a small set of design partners.
