Meridian is small and intends to stay small for a while. We hire engineers, operators, and counsel who have shipped financial software in production. We do not hire on hype, on portfolio brand, or on hours-per-week. Compensation is competitive cash plus $MRD, four-year vest, twelve-month cliff.
